Volcano eruption
‘Eruption’ is one of the most spectacular and fascinating parts of the water show in Protaras. The striking ‘fire’ recreates the volcano eruption. Boulders rattle and shake, and fiery lava and fireballs erupt out of the volcano’s crater.
The realistic volcano action is achieved with the use of natural materials, and a 3D reconstruction based on the active volcano, Mount Etna. All pyrotechnic mixture used during the presentation is made with patented, non-toxic, flammable liquids.

Working hours
Fountains show in Protaras opens in summer (from April to November) from Monday to Friday.
The show of dancing fountains in Cyprus starts at 21:00 and lasts for 60 minutes. Come 1-2 hours before the presentation to choose your seat.
Note that in windy weather the water spray can reach the first rows of tables.
