The construction of high-rise buildings in Neapolis area is planned to be completed by December 2020. According to an ambitious construction project, the towers will have offices for rent, luxury apartments with an open-air garden and even an exclusive bar.
In addition, the buildings will be equipped with the latest technologies for collecting rainwater, built-in automatic shutters, as well as photoelectric batteries and a unique geothermal system for cooling and heating.
It is planned that the new buildings that will be put between the beach and the central business district of Limassol will be made of translucent crystalline mass.
