Unknown hackers have attacked the website of the Central Bank of Cyprus. This was announced the by the official representative of the regulator.
The attack did not cause any significant interruption in the work of the Central Bank. However, it has caused some delays in connection of users to the website, but overall the website was functioning normally.
Last week, the hackers from the Anonymous group have attacked the Central Bank of Greece. In their video, posted on YouTube, the group has announced their 30-day campaign against Central Banks around the world.
