From today the leaders of the two communities of Cyprus will commence the negotiations, which will include the territorial aspects.
According to the Official Representative of the UN Secretary General Steffan Duzhrik, the administrative head of the organisation Ban Ki Moon will personally be present at the start of negotiations.
He called the upcoming discussions to the key aspect in the resolution of the Cyprus problem and pointed out the UN Secretary General welcomes the determination of both sides to resolve this issue before the end of 2016.
