The annual charity radiomarathon aimed to help the kids with special needs starts in Cyprus. This year, the motto is “I have the right”.
On the 24th and 25th of October, the fundraising points will be set up in all cities of Cyprus. The charity cars will visit various communities and schools for the island to collect the contributions.
All of the raised will be used to pay the medical procedures and to purchase the necessary equipment for the “special children”.
The First Lady and the President of the “Radiomarathon” fund – Mrs. Andri Anastasiades has reported the results of the last year’s radiomarathon. In her speech she said that “the radio marathon exists not only to provide financial aid. It is an event of great importance, which unites the efforts for noble and humanitarian goals.”
