According to Andreas Angelidis, a police spokesman, this is due to allegations of a possible terrorist attack in one of the EU countries. Such a message was previously made by the US State Department and Interpol. However, there is no reason for panic in Cyprus – the country is not on the list of states with an increased level of terrorist threat.
Recall that on August 31, the US State Department told US citizens about the threat of terrorist attacks in Europe. The warning period expires in December.
