Russian citizens are showing increased interest in investing in foreign commercial real estate – cafes, restaurants, public catering companies, car showrooms, petrol stations, hotels, sports clubs and fitness centers. Annual income from such investments is normally around 5-10%.
For Russian investors the most attractive countries today are Germany, Spain, the UK and Cyprus.
Only few years ago, investment enquiries received from Russian citizens accounted only for 10 % of the total number of investment requests. This year the number has doubled within first three months.
