Profits from Cyprus tourism industry in April increased by 27%, which is about 280 thousand euro. This is a record amount for this month.
According to the statistical data, the total number of tourists from the UK increased by 16% compared to the same month last year. The number of tourists from Russia grew by at least 25%.
Visitors from Germany beat the records – a number of inbound tourists from Germany grew by 157%. Also, more tourists came from Israel this year. On the contrary, the tourist flow from Greece has decreased.
