President Anastasiades will leave today on an official state visit to Mumbai. During the 4-day trip, Anastasiades plans to meet the President and Prime Minister of India, as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The main purpose of the official visit is signing of bilateral agreement between India and Cyprus.
As part of an official visit, Cyprus delegation will visit the Business Stock Exchange in Mumbai and will attend a business forum organised by the business associations of Cyprus and Mumbai.
The visit is organized to strengthen and expand the strategic partnership between India and European Union.
The president of the Republic will be joined by ministers of energy, finance, agriculture, transport and government spokesperson.
Delegation is expected to return to Cyprus on 29th April.
