The Blood bank in Paphos hospital is requesting help from all donors around the island- the bloods supply for emergencies is running out.
The doctors are reminding the public that every donor can save someone’s life by donating blood at the Paphos hospital Monday to Friday until 14:00.
During the last few months, the Paphos hospital already made the call to the public regardless of strikes during the holidays and other periods.
The government has announced that the blood donation in Cyprus will be reogranised. In the future all blood banks will be united into one central bank.
