Issue of license to Tus Airways is postponed due to internal issues within the company.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation made the relevant decision after it was discovered that three managers, whose experience and expertise were taken into account for consideration of application, left the company before the first flight.
Those three employees were earlier working in “Cyprus Airways” at the top positions. All of them have resigned due to “personal circumstances”.
New company has already established its headquarters in Larnaca and would have become the first Cypriot airline carrier after the bankruptcy of Cyprus Airways.
