The ancient settlement in the Larnaca region can become a “time capsule” of the Bronze Age.
During the latest excavations, the archeologists have established that the residents of the ancient village Kokkinokremos have never left their houses until the so-called “Bronze collapse” at the beginning of 12th century A.D. The settlement existed not longer than 50 years and due to its short existence, wit will become the best source of knowledge for studying that period of time.
Among other artifacts, the archeologists found sanding tools, stone tools and ceramics.
