Cyprus will implement the electronic justice system which will serve the entire procedure – from the submission of the application to the Court to the final decision about the case.
According to the Minister of Justice of Cyprus Mr. Ioanas Nicolaou, the time needed for making the decision will be greatly reduced, because the procedures will be made electronically, which will allow the Court to the examine the cases quicker.
The Lawyers in Cyprus will be able to file the application from the office of from home and there will also be the possibility to monitor the stage of proceedings in real time.
