Cyprus is steadily becoming winter destination for Russian tourists- the relevant data has been published on the website of the Tour-operator Association of Russia.
During the first 8 months of the current year, the number of Russian tourists has increased by 43% and they became the second in overall number of tourists who visited the island (The first place is taken by British tourists).
Currently, the bookings are made for the autumn months. Even though there are not many sales for the New Year period, but the stake holders are optimistic and claim that Cyprus becomes a all year-round destination
