Cyprus and Greece have signed in Athens the memorandum of understanding concerning the communities in different countries.
It covers the matters of helping young Greeks who are abroad, supporting the cultural and non-monetary heritage, as well as strengthening of the educational links and promotion of the Greek language.
After the signing ceremony, the plenipotentiary politicians of Cyprus and Greece have announced that the meeting was quite constructive and apart of the memorandum, they have discussed the possibilities of additional cooperation of the two communities during “these critical times for Hellenism”.
