The Cyprus authorities are planning to increase the volume of gas sales to the EU and Bulgarian authorities would liek to use it to the gas distribution centre “Balkan”.
This matter was discussed in Nicosia by the Minister of Energy of Bulgaria – Mr. Temenujka Petkova and the Minister of Energy, Trade, Industry and Tourism – Mr. Giorgos Lakkotripis.
Evidently, Bulgaria is one of the countries which Cyprus plans to use for the supply of the gas to Europe. However, there is no indication of volume which will be supplied to Bulgaria via Greece.
