A cafeteria in Spain has reduced prices for the polite customers.
The cost of the breakfast for take-away, which consists of a cup of coffee and a sweet pastry, for not very polite customers is 5 Euros. For those who are polite towards the staff and who is using the word “Please”, will pay 3 Euros. Those visitors who said “Good morning” to the barman, will pay just 1.30 Euros.
The rules of the offer and pricelist is printed outside the café. The owner has explained that this is her personal “war” against the usual Spanish rudeness. The incentive has already yielded the first results – the visitors became significant more polite with the staff.
