The largest aircraft carrier of Europe – “Charles de Gaulle” arrived to the port of Limassol.
One month ago, the main ship of the French Navy left sailed off from Toulouse and arrived to Cyprus this weekend. The vessel will participate in the special operation “Unwavering determination”, which is aimed at combating ISIS.
The carrier has on board fighters, bombers, scout aircrafts, as well as tactical airplanes and helicopters. The French ship is powered by a nuclear power and has 2,000 members of crew.
