President Anastasides expects the mutually acceptable resolution of the Cyprus problem in cooperation with the United Nations.
The President plans to boost the efforts in that area right after the Parliamentary elections, which took place on the 22nd of May.
Anastasiades has stressed his determination to carry on with the negotiations during this year and to express good will, however he expects Turkey to demonstrate the good will in return.
At the end of the previous week the President of Cyprus and Leader of Turkish Cypriots have announced their readiness to resolve the Cyprus problem during the year.
