The President of Cyprus has stated that he is no ready to put the blame on the Turkish side for the crisis in the negotiations, which are supervised by the UN. Regardless of some personal attacks from the leader of the Turkish-Cypriots, President Anastasiades added that the current rhetoric and suspension of the dialogue is nothing, but a tool to achieve their goals and to win the presidential referendum in April.
Earlier, Nicos Anastasiades has addressed a letter to the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterrish, where he explained his views on the current situation.
After that, the two leaders met with the new US Secretary of State Mr. Rex Tillerson.
