The government will allocate half a million Euros to restore the forests destroyed by fire- 15,000 trees are will be planted.
The Solea region suffered the most from fires. The government has already arranged for the implementation of measures which will combat land erosion. A large number of deciduous trees are capable of regenerating by themselves, but for other types seeds are required.
The planting of the trees will commence in October and are expected to finish until the beginning of the next year.
