Nabucco – THE MET: Live

The Rialto theatre in Limassol will host the screening of the “Nabucco” opera from the Metropolitan Opera in New York.

“Nabucco” – is the third opera of Guiseppe Verdi, which the composer saw as the first true masterpiece, which was written in the beginning of his career. From the premiere (in 1842) up until today the opera remains to be one of the most popular creations about the political viciousness, power of love and holy intervention in the acts of the humans. The 4 Act Opera remains in the repertoire of The Met for over 15 years.

The main role will be performed by the famous Spanish opera singer Placido Domingo.
