The Rialto theatre in Limassol and Strovolos Municipal Theatre in Nicosia will host the greatest masterpiece written by Mozart: “Requiem”. The concert will be presented by the soloists of the leading Russian theatres in cooperation with the Limassol music academy choir and Cyprus youth Symphony Orchestra.
“Requiem” – is the last unfinished work by the prominent composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The composer was working on it until his last breath (1971). It is the classical opus, and the history of its creation is still covered with endless legends and unresolved mysteries.
The vocal part will be done by the leading soloists of the Moscow state academic kids music theatre of N.I. Saz -Yulia Urenkova (Soprano) and Anastasia Yaldina (mezzo-soprano), as well as soloists of the Irina Archipova fund – Sergei Spiridonov (tenor) and of Moscow State Academic Philharmonic – Alexander Fomin (bass).
Conductor – the artistic director of the orchestra, graduate of the St.Petersburg stated music school Giorgos Kounturis.
