Jazz at Londa 01/09

The 2019 series of Jazz continues at Londa Beach Hotel with UK guitarist virtuoso Eduardas Armonas accompanied by Leonid Nesterov on piano and Nicolas Tryphonos on double bass.

Eduardas Armonas is originally from Lithuania and now based in the UK. He performs regularly in London and at festivals and venues across Europe. Armonas also does extensive work as a sideman, playing in pit bands and with both jazz and pop artists, including Mario Basanov aka Ten Walls, whose 2014 single “Walking with Elephants” reached number 6 on the UK singles chart.

Leonid Nesterov found his musical calling in Latvia and moved to Limassol in 2010 to continue his career; he plays with many talented musicians around Cyprus, sharing his passion for Jazz and also performing with various musicians from the Baltic States, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia, United States, Israel and other countries.

Nicolas Tryphonos was born in Limassol and studied electric bass at Nakas Conservatory in Athens, at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and Conservatory of Utrecht where he graduated in Jazz double bass; Tryphonos is an active musician in Cyprus’ flourishing music scene and often travels to The Netherlands to play.

The concert will start at 17:00 hrs in Londa’s Caprice Restaurant on Sunday, September 1st.
Ticket Price – 20 euro per person including a welcome drink (children 6-12 years €10). Snacks and drinks menu will be available.
