“Functional training + stretching”- master-class in Limassol

The Dasoudi beach (behind Pizza Hut) in Limassol will be the venue for one of the most interesting sport master-classes “Functional training + stretching“.

“Functional training + stretching“- is aimed at the development of all physical characteristics: strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, coordination, balance and stretching. You will not get bored during the session and will remain physically and mentally healthy.

At the same time, your participation will help the animals in the Sirius Dog Sanctuary.

Coaches: Andreas Papanastasiou and Anna Gavrilova.

Registration starts at 09:30.

Training session begins at 10:00.

No age restrictions. It is advisable to bring with you a mat, towel and drinking water.

All proceeds will be donated to the Sirius Dog Sanctuary.
