Cyprus Property and Investment Expo 2016 in Limassol

The GrandResort hotel in Limassol will host the exhibition in its class “Cyprus Property and Investment Expo 2016”.

Cyprus will open its doors for the first time for such large number of visitors- guests from the Middle East, who are interested in investments and purchase of property abroad. There is also high interest from investors from Russia and Ukraine-  the real estate companies and private investors alike.

The Mission of the Exhibition is to improve the prestige and importance of Cyprus and its investment opportunities in the eyes of the international community, more precisely, to attract investments from regions such as Middle East.

The purpose of the Exhibition is to present the Cyprus investment and property market to the foreign clients and to get them acquainted with the culture and infrastructure of the country in the most time-efficient manner

The organisers of the event are Expo Leader, the head company, which is dealing with the development of the project and attraction of investors to Cyprus and Special Moments, the company which is responsible for the PR and marketing of the projects in Cyprus and in Russia,

During the exhibition, the leading construction companies of Cyprus will be offering direct sales to the customers, which makes it ever more interesting for the investors.

The famous guests are expected to visit the exhibition as well: leading experts, representatives of ministries and president administration, the entrusted persons of the royal families and memebers of the government from Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Qatar, UAE, Morocco, Lebanon and many other countries which are interested in the purchase of immovable property and investments in Cyprus.

The foreign guests may register free of charge on the website of the exhibition www.expocy.net and acquire the person numerical code for visiting the exhibition. The guests from Cyprus can purchase the entrance ticket directly at the entrance to the exhibition.

The preparation for the exhibition took more than 6 months, during which the organisers were meticulously collecting the information about the real investors and tried to develop contacts in order to attract the target audience to the exhibition and to create the environment for the best satisfaction of the demands of that audience.

The organisers are expecting the exhibition to be a great success- i.e. they are expecting high volume of sales during the two days of the exhibition and conclusion of the direct Contracts for the purchase of the properties.
