Christmas vocal festival in Limassol

The Mitropolia concert hall of Panagia Pantanassa cathedral in Limassol will host the Christmas vocal festival, which is organised by the Orthodox Russian speaking community of St. Ksenia of St.Petersburg.

The aim of the festival is to support the traditions of the old-style Christmas celebrations with involvement of professional choir and vocal groups from all over Cyprus in order to celebrate the holy event.

The festival will feature well-known groups such as choir of the Cyprus-Russian association “Kamertone” (Paphos,) “Elisso” (Nicosia), “Veresa” (Nicosia), Cyprus children’s choir “Anatoli”, Romanian school (Limassol), Serbian school (Limassol), Bulgarian school,kids’ and adults’ ensembles of the St. Ksenia of St.Petersburg’s community, as well as Georgian adults choir.
