“Anna’s time” – the movie

Friday 10^th, Monday 13^th and 20^th of March

The movie studio at the University of Nicosia, Skala theatre in Larnaca and Rialto theatre in Limassol will host the screening of the Swiss film “Anna’s time” directed by Greg Zglinsky (2016).

“Anna’s time” – is a love story, intriguing family mystery, and the plot is set in the watchmaking industry where the main character is employed. The development of their relationship is shown in the period between 1917 until 1933.

Short encounter of the ordinary young watchman Jean Sheffer and beautiful duchess Anna Rohr marked the beginning of a huge love. After 5 years they meet once again and get married, however their promising happiness is objected by the mystery, which Anna tries to conceal for many years..

The screening is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland and in cooperation with Alliance Française de Limassol.

The film will be in French language with English subtitles.
